How
to locate your perfect office space?
Step One:
A comprehensive interview is conducted, preferably
in your office, to determine your exact requirements.
We search all resources, databases and contacts,
only those spaces that meet your specifications
are considered.
Step Two:
Tenant views the spaces that meet your parameters.
In depth feed back is required to fine tune your
space, image and location requirements.
Step Three:
Upon identifying one or two spaces which meet
your specifications a Pro Forma offer is prepared
for your review. At this time or prior to we suggest
utilizing our architect (for no initial charge)
or your architect to layout the space to confirm
the appropriate size.
Step Four:
Terms are negotiated until an agreement is reached.
At this time, a non-binding agreement is made
and the Landlord prepares a lease.
Step Five:
Your attorney reviews the lease and legal clauses
are modified for your protection. A final execution
lease copy is prepared. The lease is signed by
tenant and forwarded to Landlord for signature.
